Palazzo Gelsomini

The Palazzo has three floors:

Ground floor :

Entrance hall with stairs to upper floors, door to apartment.

On the right a large Bedroom with Kingsize bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables and chairs.  Air conditioning and heating.  Two French windows, one with a small balcony looking towards church (not in use) and hills.  Note this room is above ground level as property is on the side of a hill. The apartment is all on one level.

Second bedroom with a single and  twin bunk bed, an ideal room for children. One window, barred as this room is on the ground level, air conditioning , heating ,bedside table, wardrobe and drawers.

Galley style kitchen with full oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer , with dining area, French windows.

Bathroom with corner bath with shower over, w.c. bidet , sink.  Washing machine.

First floor: Door to apartment. On the right bedroom with air conditioning and heating, one window facing hills, Kingsize Four-Poster bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, built in wardrobes and cupboards, with Double Doors leading to:

Sitting room with sofa bed, chest of drawers, built in book shelves, corner fireplace.  Ideal room for young children or as a suite with the bedroom.  This room has a separate entrance from the bedroom so can be used separately.  Large shuttered window looking towards the sea.

Bathroom with shower, sink , w.c. bidet.

Large kitchen / Dining Room with fridge/freezer, built in oven, large gas hob, dumb waiter to terrace.  Air conditioning and heating.  Large dining area with 8 chairs, large sofa bed, easy chair, 42in Plasma T.V., satellite and  D.V.D./C.D. player.  Two French windows on to a balcony running the length of the room with views towards the Ionian Sea.
